Ok so while I may not have any authority over how jois for men should be. The CEI position is something I have lots of experience with, although for other reasons.
There's something I've noticed from every video that involves the CEI position. None of them assume the viewer actually got into the position. The text may make it appear that the video assumes this. But it really doesn't. Let's take this amazing video everyone should do at least 12 times a year for example. Hu Tao tells you to get into CEI position. Say you, the obedient small dicked toy you are, follow her instructions. Now you have a problem. Everything's upside down for you, including mistress's instructions. This is a disaster as you can no longer fully understand what your goddess wants you to do.
Now I'm not saying just flip the joi around for this part. Keep the image normal so it would still look like the sissy is in position as ordered. But flip the text upside down so people can still follow along.
